Water motion

Trying to find an app to take this picture was a stress. The app I downloaded did not make the pictures look focused in slow motion, it was just a big bright blur, and it made me stress out because the other apps I had to buy them. I took this with my camera roll and it looks better then the one I took with the app. I used two apps to make this picture look how it looks now. I sacrificed my toes to cold water, to take this picture, sacrificed my health, I could've got sick, but no, I'm good.
